Extremely disappointed with my experience. Left my truck for 2 days, expecting diagnostics to be completed, but upon pickup, I was informed it had sat idle the entire time with no work done. Went in for an open recall after I scheduled and appointment a month prior so they could order parts for the open recall they date they didn’t have some of the parts in and after they took my vehicl appointment a month prior so they could order parts for the open recall they date they didn’t have some of the parts in and after they took my vehicle for the day they stated they were going to call me back in one week for sure to have an expert come down and complete the recall but I was never contacted again. Then a lady called approximately two weeks later and asked how my experience was and when I explained she said she would ask about it and call back and just hung up. More
