Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the dealership has consistently shrugged off their responsibility, claiming it's "not their problem." Countless calls, emails, and visits to the dealership yielded no resolution. Even after many credit checks and speaking with lenders and banks, they were unable to get me anything. But another dealership did just that! Why? How? Nothing explains this customer service or experience! Rairdons Honda of Marysville has failed to uphold their end of the leasing agreement and provide adequate customer service. Beware of their lack of accountability and consider alternatives for your automotive needs. More
