Today we waited 3 hours past our 8:30 appointment and then we were told there were still 5 cars ahead of us. We had to leave since we had already traveled an hour to get there and spent 3 hours waiting. 5 hours wasted and still no oil change. I requested a call from the service manager to reschedule and ensure this won’t happen at our next appointment but I have yet to receive a call back. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if you plan to use their priorities for life. More

My wife and I sold our Camaro to and bought a new Colorado from Priority Chevrolet in Newport News. Over the month of waiting for our sons new Colorado to arrive, both Andrew our salesman and Meghan our Sales manager(if she’s not she should be) went far beyond the customer service I’ve ever received at any other dealership. Next year when it’s my turn for a new truck I hope Andrew and Meghan will help me out.
