Sold my daughter law an Audi 2018, for 25,72 she never pass vehicle inspection since 2/1/23, The financial manager comple retail purchases agreement. On top of the fact the manager stated that she knew that it couldn’t pass a vehicle test , who in there right mind would buy a car they can’t get tags for .In Ohio Federal lemon is named the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act and she brought the warranty from the federal credit union so all you guys this dealership xxxxed it look into. This dealer sold my husband and I a car with a dead engine! When we turned to them for help, they took money for their services and did not help!!! DON'T EVEN APPLY FOR CREDIT direct or via CarGurus. Total scam. DeVonte Lewis-Hall, sale guy, for sure a sales car guy. Very cool initially giving all the hype about how I was pre-approved and all they Total scam. DeVonte Lewis-Hall, sale guy, for sure a sales car guy. Very cool initially giving all the hype about how I was pre-approved and all they needed was a final credit app. Recieved an email from the Finance Manager, Taylor Upshur indicating they were working on the finance of the chosen vehicle. Within minutes, roughly 4 credit inquiries were sent to the banks. I texted DeVonte about the number of inquiries but no response. A few days later, still no response I texted once again. To date, it's going on a week w no contact. BEWARE: INITAL CONTACT IS VERY COOL but I guess if finance or the deal does not work it's not WORTH their TIME that the wasted your TIME and hot the CREDIT multiple times. DON'T RECOMMEND. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Bryan was very helpful with me in Kentucky and they are located in Akron. He was helpful UNTIL two days after I bought the car and noticed a m with. Bryan was very helpful with me in Kentucky and they are located in Akron. He was helpful UNTIL two days after I bought the car and noticed a major oil leak. I called and left numerous messages for Bryan (salesman) and Cody B who represents the service department. After 9 days of my car sitting at Land Rover of Louisville, who also made numerous calls. Prestige would not respond. I eventually found a way to get the number to the place called the warranty company myself and got this situated. I do not recommend this lot. The reviews don't go with the presentation of the lot, nor the staff. IF you decide to go with Prestige, take a mechanic. It was a Land Rover with an oil leak on purchase!! 800 bill that they only took care of 400 of it. Terrible business practices. More
