I would give a 0 but that is not an option. I inquired on a listing and was told I am an idiot for not searching for a disclaimer that says its not their fault if the website has an inaccurate I inquired on a listing and was told I am an idiot for not searching for a disclaimer that says its not their fault if the website has an inaccurate price listed. This is very shady business practices. When I called to ask about it they gaslit me to say that it was my issue and not theirs and they were not going to honor the price. More
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Anthony Vega was a pleasure to work with. I got what I wanted at a good price. The manager Josh was excellent to work with. Josh use The salesman Anthony Vega was a pleasure to work with. I got what I wanted at a good price. The manager Josh was excellent to work with. Josh used to sale Jeeps and took the time to demonstrate the features on a Rubicon, very knowledgable. I did experience a mechanical problem and the dealership made the repairs at no cost. The service department did a great job and was friendly. I am very happy. More
Try to schedule service is a joke! !! Dylan a workers exact words when I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a service manager I was told reaching him would be “hit or miss” …. !! Dylan a workers exact words when I finally got a hold of someone and asked for a service manager I was told reaching him would be “hit or miss” …. Seriously.. meanwhile now I’ll venture to Vegas for my service needs cuz this is just awful.. voicemail says service is open till six one of the times I’ve previously called in the last couple days but yesterday on monday I got a salesman because again no one was answering at service all day on a Monday for crying out loud the sales man who answered said oh yeah the hours had changed and they need to update their voicemail and haven’t… seriously leave an incorrect message on your machine for days like that just bad all around… do better!!!! Bought my car here too sad sad sad…. Bad way to loose a customer for something as simple as having someone available to answer phones and make appointments and don’t tell me Dylan that your short handed that’s not the consumers problem it’s the companies don’t offer services if you can’t follow through!!! And don’t use your lack of workers as an excuse for this awfulness… multiple days of this crap not just one that’s what I’m getting at here is it wasn’t just an isolated issue….I’m sure a negative review will get someone’s attention finally!!!!! This review is strictly based on my experience with "Randall", he is a salesman there. I came in to look at a vehicle I had seen online. During my inspection I noticed a small cut in the sidewall of o "Randall", he is a salesman there. I came in to look at a vehicle I had seen online. During my inspection I noticed a small cut in the sidewall of one of the tires. I am a CDL driver by profession, so to me this is a safety concern. I asked if the tires would be replaced should I purchase the vehicle. It was late in the day so he said he would bring it up to the service manager the next day. He took down my contact information with the promise to reach out tomorrow. Randall contacted me the next day saying that management had decided not to replace the tires as the vehicle had already been heavily discounted. He also stated that management said that they could easily get the asking price at a wholesale auction. I expressed my doubts on that and thanked him for his efforts and said that I would take my business elsewhere if there was no further room for negotiation. For me that was the end of it. The next day I received a "follow up" text from Randall saying that he had sold the vehicle I was interested in. He made it a point to mention that he sold it at full price, as is. I find this to be very unprofessional. Being passive aggressive over a failed sale is quite churlish in my eyes. His behavior reflects very poorly on the dealership and cost them a local customer. I took my car in for a recall, they replaced a fuel line. When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel When I got it home I could smell gas. I couldn't find the leak and put it off. When I took it in they said I waited to long. The leak is another fuel line right next to the one they replaced. The part is unbendable and can break very easily. It would break if you drop a tool or put your hand on it. It's my word against theirs. Then ,they charged me 170.00 dollars to diagnose the leak, and it probably took 5 minutes to find. Next, they wanted to charge me 850.00 dollars to replace a 50 dollar line that would take 10 min to replace. More
My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. Very comfortable and reassuring for me to continue to use KIA PRESCOTT VALLEY on 5600 E Market St, More
To Prescott Valley Kia General Manager Mr. Chuck Weesner and surrounding area citizens of Prescott. I was sold a pre-owned 2012 Volkswagon Toureg at the Prescott Valley dealership in which I f Chuck Weesner and surrounding area citizens of Prescott. I was sold a pre-owned 2012 Volkswagon Toureg at the Prescott Valley dealership in which I found that the steering wobbled left and right as I approached highway speeds of 70-75 MPH as well as it pulling to the right and I had mentioned the gash that was on the front left wheel rim where it may have smacked a curb or something. This is not good as I travel to Phoenix often and needed a good reliable, safe vehicle, so I made an appointment for service. After waiting 5 hours in the lobby, they said that they adjusted the front and rear camber and said the problem was corrected. It was not. The car was still doing the exact same wobble and pulling thing, so before it gets to be a dangerous situation, I made another appt and asked service to take it for a test drive. They indicated that it still wobbled and pulled but the symptoms were not noted on the paperwork I was given. The used car manager relayed to me that they weren't going to do anything about it. Not a tire rotation, not a balance, not even an attempt to find out which front tire was the culprit. After 3 1/2 hours, I was sent on my way. I wasn't attempting to get new tires, I just want the vehicle to be safe on the highway. I do have concerns about the many other pre-owned buyers that are sold what could be potentially unsafe vehicles, I don't believe that the car was not test driven at the time of trade in, otherwise it would have been addressed. After waiting a total of 8 1/2 hours in the lobby for nothing, I fully put the lack of responsibility on the used car manager for refusing to make this right. This is not the experience I was expecting from an pre-owned affiliate doing business dealing in used cars within the Prescott Valley Dealership. and this extremely disappointing experience will be continued to be conveyed to all in the area. BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS USED CAR DEALER!! If this is corrected, I will recap this review. Let's see if it happens. More

Place is a total scam. Bought a used car from them a couple weeks ago and finally go around to rereading my paperwork. Looks like they put a $700 line item in the invoice f Bought a used car from them a couple weeks ago and finally go around to rereading my paperwork. Looks like they put a $700 line item in the invoice for "luxcare". This is some kind of interior/ exterior protection product that they supposedly applied. I asked them more about it and basically they fell back on saying it's my fault for not reading the documents better on signing. They basically insitnuaed they can and will sneak in any extra charges they can unless you call them out on it. While luxcare may be a real product it is hard for me to believe anything like this was done to the vehicle. The car I bought had exterior spots where the past owner spray painted the car. Why would someone put a protective coating over that? The interior had spilled coffee and pet hair all over it. It's really hard to believe that the dealership applied a protective coating to the car when they didn't even clean it. Beyond this, the car was within view the entire time except 15 minutes where they took it in back to install the floor matts. Not sure how long "Luxcare" takes to apply but it's hard to believe it happened in that amount of time. When I went to buy the car I rode there on my bicycle just coming from the scene of a bad breakup. I needed a car in a bad way and PVK totally took advantage of that. Lean from my $700 scam lesson. Buy elsewhere. More
