Everyone at the dealership is always very friendly, helpful and professional. Can’t wait to see the new building when it’s open. helpful and professional. Can’t wait to see the new building when it’s open. More
This is for the Volkswagen Service Dept The service used to be exceptional but now it's not even acceptable. Whole new staff in Service Dept - was a horrible experience from start to finish. Came in without an appt - the girl took my name & # told me she'd have the "receptionist" call me to schedule an appt. (They don't have a receptionist - the Service advisors, which was what she supposedly was, are the ones who scheduled appts) I never got a call - ended up scheduling myself online. I brought my car in for routine oil change etc like I have been since I bought the car there brand new in 2012,and waited there for it. When it was finished & the guy started going over the "27 point inspection" that they did "for free" he started telling me the recommended services which included changing the air filter. I asked him why that wasn't done - that had always been done every time I brought it in for oil change (you'd think they'd at least come out & ask like every other shop does) He could not give me an answer. Then he went on to tell me everything on the inspection was good. I knew this to be untrue so I called him on it & asked if the rear lights on the trunk were working. He assured me they were. I said let's go take a look so we did. The lights did NOT work as I knew they wouldn't. He called his "mechanic" up who could not give an explanation. I knew the windshield washer also didn't work although the " mechanic" had marked it good. These may seem like trivial things but to me, if he lies about checking one thing then how many other things has he lied about checking? The "Service Advisor" seemed to be unbothered by this though so I took my key and car and left. I used to love everything about coming to this dealership but now I plan on checking out dealerships in other towns. Hopefully I won't have to drive far but even if I do it will be well worth it I'm sure. More

At my last maintenance services, it was confirmed that I have issues with the navigation system. Was told they had to let the engineering department know about the problem, and they should have an answer, either the same or next day, on what to do next. I was waiting for 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything. So, I decided to drop by to see what was going on. Same story, only now they added, same issues were reported by multiple customers and to come back so they can put pressure one the engineering department, and hopefully get their attention. At this point I am feeling that the engineers are too busy building new vehicles, and while cars already sold to customers, are on the bottom pole of the not importance list. Don’t get me wrong. The staff is very friendly and I love my VW Atlas crossover. Nevertheless, it’s the communication that lacks. Will have to consider whether to buy or lease again next time . More
