Great service and personnel/staff actually take care of their customers as if they are part of the family. The dealership is great. Mark Higgs is awesome and has always been incredibly helpful and respectful. On the other hand, Sergey is not my favorite service advisor. The last 2 times I’ve come in for service he’s spoken pretty disrespectfully to me. Every time I’d ask a question, instead of answering the question he would say something along the lines of “well this is the Porsche way”. I actually asked him last time i was there getting 2 tires changed due to defects in the tire if he could give me a quote on replacing the other two as well. He told me that he wasnt going to do it that day because he was busy and I was lucky to be squeezed into the schedule that day. I was pretty shocked after that visit. I’d actually like to change my service advisor to Steven Hennessy. He was incredibly helpful to me whenever I tried to get a hold of Sergey on 3 separate occasions without success. Steven made me feel taken care of which I really appreciate. More
