Had appointment for valet service for 7 45 am. They came at 8:20. The service manager did not call me to go over the work to be done. Excellent leasing experience. Excellent service experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. The sales person we dealt with (Ron Lazkani) was the worst sales person I ever had to de experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. When I asked why there was a charge for registration he said we would be getting new plates (A total lie). He also had the nerve to eat lunch with his sales coworkers while we sat there "waiting for paperwork." Which he denied. Finally on the second visit I asked to speak to a Sales manager and then we got the paperwork ( with a credit for the xx charges he added) and were able to leave. In closing I will say, if you have to go there ( I wouldn't) keep away from "Ron Lazkani" all he will do is treat you like crap. More
