They do not back their cars. I drove my car a couple hundred miles and the RDU went out. The cost of the repair was $5200. With there so called warranty I end up paying $1800. I I drove my car a couple hundred miles and the RDU went out. The cost of the repair was $5200. With there so called warranty I end up paying $1800. I took the car to another Ford dealership to get it looked at. The mechanic said it was going out for a while and the car never should have been sold like that. The car salesman I had was no help to me at all and he did not care. Please go somewhere else to buy a car. More
Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, they are the definition of the textbook car salesman. They have no care for their customers, they will say anything to make a deal and get you to sign paperwo the definition of the textbook car salesman. They have no care for their customers, they will say anything to make a deal and get you to sign paperwork and then not stand behind their word. We purchased 2 vehicles from them- a brand new truck and a used truck(we were told had been thru service and had 0 issues)on the same day, we found the used truck had transmission problems after only having it for a couple hours(hadn’t even signed paperwork yet). We were told the issue would be fixed and taken care of but hurry up and sign the papers- nothing to worry about. After signing they lied Toby’s and said nothing was ever said about taking care of the problem(100% lie), which if that would’ve been the case we would have just left the truck sitting in their parking lot and not signed. After weeks of trying to find out what the issue was they informed us it was a transmission and wanted us to pay close to $6k for the repair- no offer to help us at all other than maybe we should try and buy a extended warranty. The salesman Reese lied to us constantly about what was going on as well as the sales manager. I even spoke with Jared(General Manager of the store) and explained to him what was going on(which he already knew), he told us thanks for your input and sorry about your luck- no offer what so ever to resolve the situation or anything. I asked him if he wanted to help to buy the truck back from us and he told me they don’t make it a habit to buy vehicles that have issues ( basically he’d rather sale them to customers and screw people over). They spewed nothing but lies and garbage from the time we arrived until the time we left. Pinnacle Ford has no integrity at all from the top to the bottom. Even when I went back to pick up my brand new truck from getting the line-x Berliner put in and it detailed, I had to clean bedliner overspray off of the tailgate in the dealership parking lot(brand new truck and it’s on the paint). Reese(our salesman) told me it was detailed and looked great- the tires had dirt marks on them, the interior had dirt on the door panels, they left trash in my truck, & there was overspray from interior cleaning stuff all over the inside which I don’t understand bc it didn’t even look like the cleaned the inside at all. But they said it was fully detailed. This was the first brand new vehicle I have ever bought and was a miserable experience thanks to pinnacle and their awful staff. Ford manufacturing really needs to look into this dealership and their dealings with people bc I am a lifetime ford guy and from this experience I am thinking of getting rid of my truck and looking at a different brand truck all together. STAY AWAY FROM PINNACLE FORD!!! What they do might be legal but they are still a bunch of crooks in my opinion. More

They will say whatever they can to sell a vehicle and give you no support. We spent almost 80k on two vehicles(2016 F-150 & 2023 F-150) with the understanding that a transmission issue would be fixed on the 2016 and now they want us to pay another $6000.00 on top of the purchase price (we bought it over the blue book value for a working vehicle because we needed it immediately and haven't driven it at all). The 2016 F-150 was supposed to come with a "peace of mind warranty" but now they are saying that warranty is void. The truck was on their lot for four months so they clearly knew there was an issue when it was sold. Now, the service department has had the truck for almost three weeks and the first call we received about the issue (after calling 10+ times/texting and leaving voicemails to sales and service) was three days ago. I have had to go in person two separate times to get any answers and no one seems to know anything. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS CROOKED BUSINESS. More

Absolutely terrible and DANGEROUS service department! ! We were having issues with our Lincoln Nautilus and initially took it to Christian Brothers Auto and were diagnosed as having a potential blown head ! We were having issues with our Lincoln Nautilus and initially took it to Christian Brothers Auto and were diagnosed as having a potential blown head gasket with the potential of a full engine repair/replacement, but definitely a coolant leak/issue. They said we should take it to a dealership to take advantage of the powertrain/factory warranty, since the repair would not have been covered under our extended warranty. We then brought the car to Pinnacle Ford Lincoln where we were told the car was in perfect condition and that we could drive it "on vacation." Christian Brothers sent over their pics and tests and Pinnacle continued to say there was nothing wrong with it and no repair was needed despite the car losing acceleration, smoking from the back, and shaking/trembling with a coolant light on and a strong smell. We picked up the car Saturday, December 16th and on the drive home heard a loud banging/dragging noise underneath the car and when my fiancé checked, realized the plastic and metal shielding under the car was loose and scraping the ground. We returned it for them to fix and while there, went ahead and paid for an oil change. He told them it was still shaking and was told to bring it back in if anything severe happens, but no car should be shaking or jerking. The very next day, December 17th, I went out to run a quick errand less than a mile from home and the car started shaking violently and shut down in the middle of the road multiple times after the dash showed it was overheating because of coolant temperature. Extremely dangerous! I am pregnant and normally always have a one year old in the back seat. This car should have been fixed under their roof and not been misdiagnosed and us sent on our way with a hazardous vehicle that could have killed someone. We sent a picture of the dash immediately after it had happened to Pinnacle and have still yet to this day received a response or call back after emailing and calling. This place needs shut down and put out of business. The reviews for sales are fantastic, but if you look deep enough, their service department is downright neglectful and incompetent based on several reviews (Especially on Yelp). We were informed by another Lincoln dealership that the coolant issue is a known and common defect and immediately showed up on their OBD codes. This is also a known RECALLED issue for the car!!! So Pinnacle sent us on our way with a severe safety recall and continues to ignore us. I would not do business here if you want an expert in mechanics, especially for Lincoln, or to keep your family safe. More
We took our Lincoln MKS in for a bearing noise coming from the rear. When Diag was completed we were told it was the front bearings(Weird, since the noise sounded like it was coming from the rear, but I’ from the rear. When Diag was completed we were told it was the front bearings(Weird, since the noise sounded like it was coming from the rear, but I’ve seen stranger things.). It was under an extended warranty, which we had no deductible. Upon picking it up the following week, the noise was still present and the vehicle was immediately taken back to the service facility. They “re-diagnosed” the problem as the rear bearings(what we told them when we brought it in), but instead of fixing their misdiagnosis, they charged our warranty company for a new job, and attempted to charge us taxes and shop fees for a second time. To top it off, upon bringing it back after the problem was not fixed. The car sat in front of their service shop for 3 weeks without being touched, though we were told it was being worked on. We know this because we drove by several times, and saw it sitting out front while being told via text it was actively in the shop. When we finally confronted our Service Advisor, Chris Mall, over the phone, he admitted the vehicle hasn’t been touched, all though text messages from him through the three week period said otherwise. Their service manager Danny Mullins, was very condescending, even going as far as to insult my intelligence by telling me that he would pay for the shop supplies “out of his own pocket” to help make it better. It grew to the point that I had to get the General Manager of the dealership involved, who made sure we didn’t have to pay taxes or shop fees the second go around, but I still feel like they did this knowing we had no deductible to pay with our extended warranty, therefore making it easier for them to add that second job. I don’t know how their sales department works, but their service center is very shady, VERY shady. More
