Today we still have the same problem, we pay for a comfortable car and we have to move our children in an uncomfortable car, not the one we bought, still the dealer has not been able to solve a problem caused by the dealer.

I apologize that this event didn't go as either one of us had planned, but thanks for reaching out to us. I did review the techs notes and the alignment worksheet which showed originally 5 of the 10 steering angles were out of specs and when the necessary adjustments were attempted, 9 of 10 came into guideline, with only the left front caster coming to the edge of limits. Sometimes as is the case here, you don't know how the angles are going to change until you start your work. The rubber boots are split from dry rot, which is not uncommon on a 15 year old vehicle. If possible I would like to reinspect the vehicle myself and work out a repair resolution we are both comfortable with.
