Your Service team confirmed my appointment but couldn't tell me what my appointment was for. I told them that parts arrived for install, that I paid for it all online. It took about 15 minutes or so as well as the involvement of the Service Manager to confirm that everything was paid for already, just the job needed to be done next. 2 - Demo - no demonstration of how to use the tonneau cover. I had to view YouTube Tutorials to learn the pros and cons on what to do, as well as what the parts came with. They included a light in the bed that is connected to by cargo light which is awesome, but nothing mentioned by your team. 3 - What happened to my old emblems?
