The sales manager Kevin promotes bad behaviors from his employees. Alan Howard is extremely rude and belligerent . I informed Alan that I was outside and didn’t see my vehicle. I walked out and looked down the street to see my vehicle parked by a dumpster. Mr Alan rudely announced I’m glad you found you car and hung up. After talking to the service manager he’s as cocky rude and belligerent as Alan! Patronizing this company is dead!The continuation of dealing with ignorant cocky belligerent individuals who don’t appreciate your business is DONE! More

My 88 year old father was taken to the cleaners by these people and having spoke with them myself, they just don't care. My father purchased a new 2013 Buick LaCrosse. He traded in a 2008 Buick Lucerne. people and having spoke with them myself, they just don't care. My father purchased a new 2013 Buick LaCrosse. He traded in a 2008 Buick Lucerne. The car had 45,212 miles on it and according to the sales manager the sales manager considered the car a rough trade in because of a body style change. The NADA book and Kelly Blue Book both gave the car a trade in value of between $10,000.00 and $11,400.00. The resale of the car was said to be worth $14,000.00 plus. My father was given $ 7,000.00 trade in and that was supposedly including the fact that it had very low mileage. In fact NADA gave it $2,000.00 addition for the low mileage. I was told the car would be worth maybe $9,000.00 resale on their lot, but they listed it at $13,988.00. When you make basically 100% profit off of a customer that has been a repeat customer there is something wrong. They just flat out took advantage of an 88 year old man and that is criminal. Every business has to make money, but this is just wrong. There is no way you can justify what was done. I also contacted Buick as well and they basically said they had no control over the dealerships. More
