Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington

You all should be embarrassed; my wife owns a Genesis which is made by Hyundai. She called to schedule an oil change as there are no Genesis dealers in Wilmington. She told them the details of her car which is made by Hyundai. She called to schedule an oil change as there are no Genesis dealers in Wilmington. She told them the details of her car to be serviced, drove an hour from Oak Island to be told that they can't change the oil because they don't have the filter. No offer to call the local parts store to have one delivered, no effort at all. No apology either, just we can't service this. I have called to speak to the service manager 4 times and have been sent to his voice mail which is FULL which shows that he is NOT listening to voice mails. This place is a joke. More

We were so pleased with the buying experience until we didn't receive our tags and title before the temporary ones expired. The car had not been inspected despite being offered for sale so they couldn't g didn't receive our tags and title before the temporary ones expired. So now I have a beautiful, paid up, used car in my driveway that I am not going to be able to drive until somebody there corrects their mistakes. WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR FROM. Within the first month I had to take the car back to the dealship from my car turning off while driving.
