Aiyanna Jones is a shining star at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. She is just what you hope to work with as a salesperson when shopping for a new car: professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Working with Aiyanna made a potentially-unenjoyable experience (car buying) and turned it into a positive experience. More
If I could give this place 100 NEGATIVE stars, I would do it without hesitation. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have bought several cars all around the United States. it without hesitation. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have bought several cars all around the United States. Their utter ineptitude is ASTOUNDING. They lie and they really try and cheat you out of your money. Their lack of morality in selling cars is something I have never witnessed, and I've seen some bad dealerships. They also makes so many mistakes, and they try and blame it on you. They also feel like we the customer should bend over backwards for them even though they are in the wrong. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They can change the outside, but their souls are horrible. More
Hyundai of Bowie MD. is confidently becoming The Premier Auto Dealership in the County. Motivated Salespeople, new and exciting building being built. The people who work is confidently becoming The Premier Auto Dealership in the County. Motivated Salespeople, new and exciting building being built. The people who work here are knowledgeable and eager to get you into the Vehicle of your choice. None of that running around to different offices bargaining., nope Real people doing real things to get you in and out. you can feel the positive energy. The only thing larger than their inventory is their Committment to Service. A really refreshing experience. More
The sales person Trey Walker and Manager Chaudhry Rafique added expensive and needless "add on". Wheel locks/Nitrogen added $2995.00, these should be about $300 even less if the wheel locks were purchased at added expensive and needless "add on". Wheel locks/Nitrogen added $2995.00, these should be about $300 even less if the wheel locks were purchased at a Hardware Store. Also $1995 for Ikon Tracking Kit! Maybe somewhat helpful but $1995 is way over charged. Other Hyundai Dealers are MUCH more honest than these guys! Here is a link from a professional who says 5 car fees and rip offs should never be paid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRLIk6mMBHQ More
The worse place possible. I couldn’t have chosen a worse dealer to buy my car. When I was there to buy my car they were all over my wife and I for us do business with them. Th I couldn’t have chosen a worse dealer to buy my car. When I was there to buy my car they were all over my wife and I for us do business with them. They offered me coffee, they even asked if we would like them to pick up some sandwiches. So they were with us until 1:00am yes 1:00am in the morning just so they wouldn’t lose us. I have my car for less then a year and the paint on top of the hood is coming off. I have tried for multiple times to talk with a manager from service his name is Peter. No success he never returns my calls they always say he is busy. So if you can keep your business way these dealership More
I have had a miserable experience every time I have to come to this dealership. The first time, the sales person forgot to do some required check on my new car he sold me. It was his fault for not complet come to this dealership. The first time, the sales person forgot to do some required check on my new car he sold me. It was his fault for not completing his paperwork, and asked me to do him the favor of bringing it in the next day so he could do it. He knew I was coming, he was suppose to meet me there and get me on my way. He said it would only take about 15 minutes. I ended up waited for TWO AND A HALF HOURS in the Service department because they forgot about me. The next time I came to the dealership was for my first oil change. I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. They clearly have no concept or appreciation of what an appoint is, because they said to me “there are a lot of cars ahead of you, so it’s going to be about a 2 hour wait.” Three hours later I was on my way. They don’t even apologize to you for wasting so much of your time. The next time I needed them, I had a nail in my tire and needed a repair. Again, the excuse was an “extensive backlog”. They actually suggested to me that I drop the car off for 3-5 days while they took care of their backlog!!! To have a tire repair done! I am seriously searching for another option as far as the rest of my car’s maintenance will go. I hate this dealership. They are unwelcoming, they treat you like you’re cattle and an inconvenience to them. It is, by far, the WORST dealership I have ever been to in my adult life. More
Once you buy your brand new car here they do not care about you even if it’s 2 weeks later. Bought a 45,000 car 2 weeks later in the shop no one calls or let’s me know what’s going. Happens car is 2 mont about you even if it’s 2 weeks later. Bought a 45,000 car 2 weeks later in the shop no one calls or let’s me know what’s going. Happens car is 2 months old and has been in the shop 3 times no service and pretty much they tell you to go xxxx off I think corporate is my next step since they can’t get it together. More
I bought the car outright, with no financing. Yet when I received the title from MVA, it listed my credit union as a lien holder. The dealership evidently has no idea how to rectify this. If you miss the good old days of Florida TimeShare salesmanship, come here! My son was promised and made a deposit on a 2022 Hyundai Elantra MSRP $21,920. We made the 1k deposit ONE DAY before the salesmanship, come here! My son was promised and made a deposit on a 2022 Hyundai Elantra MSRP $21,920. We made the 1k deposit ONE DAY before the dealership added the famously fake $2,000 “Market Adjustment” cost they are now advertising. We called to confirm that our car was not subject to this adjustment as the deposit was made before this was posted on the website. We were assured that we would not pay this extra 2k. We were also pitched - and we declined - numerous upgrades they wanted to sell. Another poster mentioned an “angry Asian dude.” I can only confirm this, because we were placed at a table in the middle of the room - Interrogation-style, while a young angry Asian guy stormed up to us without introducing himself or offering a business card, and basically stopped short of pounding on the table to announce that they has already added the upgrades that we had “approved on the phone.” When we stated that we had approved nothing, he asked us for proof. He actually wanted an audio recording to prove that we did not fall for the sales pitch!!?? We were angrily informed that we were subject to the upgrades they had already completed AND the $2000 “Market Adjustment.” The 22,920 car quickly became a 27,950 car. We stood to leave and then he went to the “Sales Manager.” You’re gonna love this guy. He stares at a computer acting as though he is terribly busy while You - the customer - sit at Interrogation Desk for 3 hours. His minions check occasionally to make sure that you are still somewhat interested. Their intent, of course, is to wear you out. They flatly denied the Recent College graduate discount they advertised on their website for no reason, even though we brought proof. This went on for about three hours until we finally had had enough. At the point of total disgust, we were told to finally follow the Sales Rep to speak directly with the sleazy Sales Manager. This is the guy that was playing video games for 3 hours while we sat at the Interrogation Table. We followed the Sales Rep down a hall only to have Mr. Big duck into the Men’s bathroom and then flee out the front as his subordinate tried to explain that we may not actually receive the $1000 deposit back as promised. Please record all conversations, please bring video cameras, microphones, lawyers and snacks. This will take a while. Better yet, bring the local Investigative Reporter with you when you decide to lease a car from this dealership. More
