When I addressed to the GM about these tactics, I was told his people are doing as they are told and that behavior is encouraged. Bait and switch! ! They promised the moon then said if you take this one with 4 wheel drive, we will give you same price. I said as long as it had same package, then t ! Are you going to keep it that long? Asked for keys again, he kept on, so I raised my voice, reminded him what I was told then they did the deal. I was so upset, I didn’t realize there was no hitch on it, which was a requirement. I called Nick and he said I didn’t realize it was deleted from that truck and I told him that was one of my requirements . He texts me back that he could do it for his cost of $600, well the sticker cost was less so he agreed to that. I called dealership and my cost was less than $505 it was closer to $400! Watch out for Nick and manager Gary Beeler!! When they kept my keys hostage so I couldn’t even get in my car. I should have left then! I Asked for them 4 times, they opened it with key fob and pocketed the key fob!!! Ugh, such jerks! More
