15 Words will not describe how stupid I was to purchase this vehicle.. I purchased this unit used, no warranty. I will have 4 years to think about this. My experience of the visit on the day was excellent. On Saturday I called for an appointment to have my id.4 get the 10000 mile checkup. I was told I didn't need an appointment and just show up on Monda On Saturday I called for an appointment to have my id.4 get the 10000 mile checkup. I was told I didn't need an appointment and just show up on Monday. When I when I showed up on Monday I was told I should have made an appointment. As a result of no appointment I had to wait longer than I should have. Thanks for fitting me in with out an appointment. As a result of the appointment problem I give the rating of 4 not 5. More
