Service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure why but I made the 1st appointment @7:30 and there were 8 other cars there @ 7:30. That's why it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. More

Everything great, even the supplied ride to and from home, video also a plus, only negative, it took 3.5 hrs and I was the first one in at 7.30 for just an oil change. More
