It was clear that the Tech did not even attempt to adjust my rear wheel alignment settings because of the stated (cosmetic) corrosion on the bolt heads. I was able to adjust both rear bolts when I returned home and then brought it to another auto service facility for a "Full" four-wheel alignment that brought all the parameters within spec.
