Our sales lady, Erin Laundry was great, very responsive and helpful. However, once we got to the money, their “internet price” that was posted wasn’t real, they had “add ons” for another $2,200.00 that t and helpful. Once we got past that we were told by financing we had the best rate, which matched our research. However, after them not wanting to take no for an answer on the extended warranties an other services, they offered to knock a 1/2 percent off of the rate if we bought one of the services. Very aggressive behavior trying to sell the warranties. Our vehicle was also certified, but after a few days of being home they made us come back (1 1/2 hour drive) to finish the certification or the funding would be canceled and we’d have to return the vehicle. Other than the friendly sales rep, not a good experience. More

Once we decided it was time to replace our Murano Platnum 2017 we did a search for the type Pathfinder we wanted. We found two, both were dealer certified cars. One in here and one in New York.
