I made an appointment for 7am online a few days ago. I get here at the appointed time. Once greeted I’m told that even with an appointment it’s first come first serve for an oil change. Why not just not I get here at the appointed time. Once greeted I’m told that even with an appointment it’s first come first serve for an oil change. Why not just note first come first serve on the website? Not appointment based right? What’s the point of an appointment but I didn’t say anything, it was about 3-4 cars in front of me. I went and inquired about the wait time around 8am which scott informed me that it would be about 1 hour to a hour and a half. As I still sit here @ 9:12am since 7:00am. Just routine maintenance on jeep nothing more. No one has come to say it’s taking a little longer than expected or anything. Finally around 9:35am after simply getting an oil change and tire rotation, I voiced my concerns with Scott, he stated well we’re a pretty busy place and there’s really nothing we can do about that, and proceeded to tell me how Scott Evans the place I was going to previously had no workers because they walked out and they came there for a job. What does that have to do with anything going on here? How about communicating, updating your policy or simply apologizing for the inconvenience instead of gaslighting the situation. None of that took place, too much like right I guess. I won’t be returning to this location. Don’t come here if you value your time and customer service. A generic response isn’t needed, just making people aware of what they’re up against when visiting this location. More

The communication between the service department and myself was minimal at best. My vehicle was at the dealership an entire week before I heard anything. Damage occurred to the front end of my 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit due the "DEATH WOBBLE'" Vehicle is at Peachtree Newnan Jeep dealership to repair the damage due to this manufacturer defect. Nevert Cherokee Summit due the "DEATH WOBBLE'" Vehicle is at Peachtree Newnan Jeep dealership to repair the damage due to this manufacturer defect. Nevertheless, it seems like no one at the dealership is willing to communicate with me. I have absolutely no idea when my vehicle will be fixed and if Jeep will cover the cost. My experience with this service department has been absolutely horrible and I highly recommend going elsewhere for service or sales. More
