strange you are a ford dealership and don't know how to look up the code? Here is the answer The P04DB code on a Ford F150 indicates a malfunctioning, disconnected, or damaged crankcase ventilation (CCV) system. The CCV system monitors the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system for malfunctions and leaks. The P04DB code can be triggered by issues such as: An incorrectly installed oil level indicator A faulty CCV filter A faulty CCV sensor Vacuum hose disconnects O-rings for the oil fill cap and oil level indicator o-ring seal

My check engine light is on and not sure what it is doing to the truck, not driving it because of the error message, So again, where can I take my truck that would be covered by my extended warranty to have it fixed?

Sorry if I didn't clearly state it originally. When it comes to your extended warranty you would have to call them, and they would let you know what dealerships close to you that they would work and that you could go to. As for that code there are some things you can check to save time if you are comfortable doing so.
