It would be interesting to know how many returned customers they have over the years or at least in the past couple of years I know I'm not going to be one and nobody I know will either but cuz they are no different than any other car lot it's terms of inventory. everyone that works there ( I've probably talked to most because when I call the phone gets passed around to whoever isn't busy versus someone that could resolve the issue so I didn't have to keep calling over there cuz they won't return calls either but they did it for me to come look at the vehicle and buy it) They will defend any misleading, 100 % dishonesty, or fraudulent sales tactic and never look back. If you have any questions or concerns afterwards you better ask yourself or better yet go ask a qualify professional that will actually give you the correct answer versus the dishonest plays that they made whatever it takes the back of those plays up that's what you're going to get from the dealership I'm just saying just go elsewhere you don't have to deal with it when I went back over there to talk to them she wanted to know what my expectation was from coming over there as if I was wasting her time going over some things that she continued to lie about and there was no third party present from the dealership nor would she discuss any of these general questions that I had in the open room where other people were having sales done I didn't want to go back in the holding cell again just to get the same xx answers that I got before but I believe that's why she refused to talk to me elsewhere. If you want to take a stab at it and have your own experience to write about go for it but I can promise you that I will never ever ever ever hopefully think about them again they're not worth the renting the space in my head I will not go back for their free maintenance due to extreme lack of confidence in them as a whole More

I contacted Neil Huffman Subarus General Manager and he was quick to point out I DID NOT purchase the extended warranty. Yes, my fault. I was just hopeful that a major component would not fail on a car purchased only five months earlier. I want to point out they have no legal obligation to help me, just disappointed a vehicle with a major component failure was on their lot and there was no effort to offer any assistance. It is definitely a legal way to do business, just not one I would recommend. My advice, pay extra for the extended warranty and DO NOT assume the used car you buy here will last longer than a few months. I have learned my lesson for sure. The sales staff were very good. More
