It did not fix the problem. They said it must be something was spilled on the shifter. Its just a lie. They said Nissan would not cover something they thought I did. I didn't do anything. They wanted to charge me for an entire new shifter console. I left and will never return. They don't stand by their cars. The service tech was Chris. What a joke. My next car will be a Toyota or Honda. More

On or around August 25th, 2023, I had been telling Naples Nissan of their dishonest and disreputable practices of lying to and firing customers because they couldn't fix their brand-new cars and not s Naples Nissan of their dishonest and disreputable practices of lying to and firing customers because they couldn't fix their brand-new cars and not standing by their promises made when purchasing vehicles from their dealership. I was telling the public about my terrible experience that I had with the service manager, Joe Roberson, who would not work on my car unless I first took down negative comments regarding the finance manager whom I trusted to tell me which warranties I absolutely needed but he sold me ones that weren't necessary. I commented about his misguidance which resulted in my having to come back in and ask for refunds when I found out from my husband that in reality I didn't need warranties on a brand-new car. Joe Roberson made me take down those comments on cars.com. He is very large and intimidating to me. So, I did what he asked, but Joe failed to ops check my car before I left the building, and my car was still faulty. We engaged in a few text messages which resulted in my being fired from Naples Nissan and they refused to fix my car which I purchased from them. I continued my well-deserved social media campaign to inform the public of the dishonest and disreputable practices of Naples Nissan in Naples Florida. I also called the Consumer Affairs department and sent emails to the Board of Directors and all official channels I could find for Nissan, complaining about the dealership. I am sure they heard from some people about my complaints which probably made them mad. I argued on the phone with a couple of mean people at the office as well. They threatened that this was going to end with the phone calls although, I don't know how they thought they were going to end it. They were certainly tired of me. Then I made a mistake using freedom of speech which you can no longer do in the state of Florida. They got an email from me spouting off about the way the world is heading which is not towards God's intention of good. They had this email for several days and they passed it around the office with the message, "Any ideas?" to several of their staff, wondering what to do with me and how to get me to stop bothering them. The email had Baker Actionable wording in it. They could use that wording to get someone to come to my home and send me away to a hospital against my will. If they were so concerned with my well-being, why didn't they call 911 immediately? I checked and there was never any 911 call made on 9-2-2023, the date the email was printed and sent around the office. After the incarceration, I talked to Morgan Memmott on the phone, and she said she called Hans. Not Marco Island PD, not an officer, not Officer Schmid, but HANS. This clearly implied familiarity to me. She obviously knows Officer Hans Schmid personally. The two of them then colluded to have me BAKER ACTED against my will no matter what I said or did to explain myself about the email. And that is exactly what Hans Schmid did. Officer Schmid showed up at my house on September 5, 2023, three days after the email made its way around Naples Nissan for everyone to see and laugh at. He handcuffed me and took me to a hospital for 6 days. I was essentially xxxxx by Naples Nissan and Hans Schmid of the Marco Island PD. If they were so concerned with my well being, why didn't they call 911 on the day they received my email instead of sending it all over their office to laugh at the lady that was causing them so much trouble? I came in to get my brakes bled because I thought that was the problem with my truck. They called me a little bit later and told me no the problem was the brakes were bad and I needed rotors as well and was the problem with my truck. They called me a little bit later and told me no the problem was the brakes were bad and I needed rotors as well and then they gave me a list of seven other different things that had to be done. So I called back and said only do the front brakes cause all I can afford is about $500. So when I went to pick the truck up they had bled the lines anyway and we’re charging me $700 and not using common sense to know that I didn’t need them bled because it was the brakes not the lines so why do it? I know why, it was to charge me extra money because the sales person Kim is there in the service department to make money by doing services you don’t need then trying to justify it by saying that bleeding the lines was my primary concern. Yes, it was my primary concern until you told me what the real problem was brakes and rotors so why bleed the brakes? Sooo mad!!! More
Although the on line price was fair and the salesperson, Camillo, was very good once we got to actual purchase the sales manager began adding fees for a warranty I DID NOT want to purchase and a fee to reco Camillo, was very good once we got to actual purchase the sales manager began adding fees for a warranty I DID NOT want to purchase and a fee to recondition the car? I did like the car but these fees and warranty charges pushed the price to an unacceptable point. At this time I will not be purchasing the car an DO NOT recommend anyone purchase a used vehicle at this dealership More
I am doing a follow up review on my purchase of the 2014 Buick Verano. This morning I got phone call from Del the General Sales Manager, and he told me that he just heard about my deal and that there was a Buick Verano. This morning I got phone call from Del the General Sales Manager, and he told me that he just heard about my deal and that there was a miscommunication, he apologized, and told me to come so he could make things right. He did just that! I dealt with him directly when I arrived. He was totally transparent about my deal, made me feel comforfortable, and the finance manager (Cindy I believe her name was) was absolutely fantastic with preparing my new paperwork quickly so I could get to work. I'm sorry if I didn't get your first name correct. They were both great, and I highly recommend anyone that has not so great credit or working on rebuilding there credit to allow Naples Nissan to help them with there next vehicle purchase!!! Thank you so much Del for making things right, and welcome to Naples Florida. Hope to see you at Stoneys soon! More
I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano eight days ago. The salesman told me the price of the car was 9,000.00. When I signed my loan papers I saw that the price of the car was 13,600.00. The finance manag The salesman told me the price of the car was 9,000.00. When I signed my loan papers I saw that the price of the car was 13,600.00. The finance manager showed me the approvals of two banks, but said that the bank fees for those banks were kind of high and she is hoping to get an approval from another bank with better terms. Never the less my loan was approved and I gave them the down payment of a thousand dollars. Today they call me and tell that I need to come in to sign some new loan paperwork. When I get there the manager tells me "that they have to put me into another car, that the bank doesn't like the car that I'm in." They have me test drive a more expensive car that I do not like and tell me that's my only option. They told me to go home and come up with more money down to keep the car I have, and to be back in the morning at 11. I called my bank to ask them exactly why they did not approve me for the loan request and they said because it was for 16,800.00. I am calling my attorney first thing in the morning. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC, and BBB. I am so angry with this whole situation. This dealership needs to be held accountable for there fraudulent practices. More

I called the dealership and spoke with someone over the phone just to buy out my lease as is, they told me it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. However, they attached several warranties that I asked to g phone just to buy out my lease as is, they told me it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. However, they attached several warranties that I asked to get removed. I also noticed that they wrote the car price wrong. When I brought up my concerns, they brushed me off. Feeling frustrated and ignored, I called my boyfriend for help. Even with his presence, we spent 3 hours just waiting. Throughout this ordeal, it became clear that my voice wasn't being heard. If you're planning to visit this dealership, it might be wise to bring someone along, as in my experience, they seemed more responsive to my boyfriend than to me. More
