Everything went very smoothly. From the time I arrived, Daniela was very friendly, courteous and efficient. I had requested a loaner since the service was going to be 4-6 hours, From the time I arrived, Daniela was very friendly, courteous and efficient. I had requested a loaner since the service was going to be 4-6 hours, they had one available, she made sure enough gas in car and said she would be touch. Service was done much sooner. I asked about touch up paint, she arrange with service tech to order. I showed her a scratch on the car, she said when your paint comes in and you come back, come see me our detail dept can take care of that. You cannot ask for better service. Thank you Daniela! More
