Service Manager was inattentive to my explanation of my problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. Didn't seem right that you couldn't get the right part number until the engine intake was removed problem. Could not get a direct quote on my repair. The tech was very nice, he saw me leaving unsatisfied and explained the problem and told me where I could get help, and I shouldn't be having this problem with so few miles with the vehicle in such good shape, and seemed like he wanted to,help and fix my vehicle. I please with the prompt service I received. but extremely unhappy with the price !! I was told that to clean and lube my brakes was $99 instead of $140,but they failed to tell me that it was but extremely unhappy with the price !! I feel that I wasn't explained up front what the cost was when all I wanted was the basic oil change and tires rotated. Yes, I agreed to the work but the cost wasn't explained completely. I wouldn't of had it done at that rate. Probably won't go back there for service again. DISAPPOINTED More
