Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

On 4/19/2024 I took my jeep in for a tailgate recall and everything went very well, I thought. They had to remove my spare tire and some other personal items to complete the recall. The personal items were let in the cargo area which was not a problem. When I returned home I opened the back to put the personal items back on top of the spare tire. They did NOT put my spare tire back!!!!!!!!! I called and spoke to the service manager and also the general manager but my spare tire is still missing. As of 4/24/2024 still do not have my spare tire. More

My experience with the Service Department was over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery when I came out of a restaurant around noon. AAA started the car and I drove to the dealership where they kept the car overnight in view of service the next day. My daughter and son-in-law took me home. Around noon on 6/7 I had a phone call that the car was ready. Because my husband and I live in an Assisted Living facility, "Mike" traveled to pick me up and transported me in the company van to collect the car. All systems were checked out, the chief problem repaired, the car cleaned up, looking its best since purchase in December of 2021!. Everything was under warranty, so no charges. They didn't even charge for keeping the car overnight. I have never had such a pleasant experience with service - all personnel were so eager and helpful it was heartwarming to this 85-year-old, and tremendously appreciated! Turned a "breakdown" into a blessing. More

Your service department is second to everyone. I came in there with a ac problem to have serviced and as request and was told that the said part would be in from NC next morning 4/7 and would have I came in there with a ac problem to have serviced and as request and was told that the said part would be in from NC next morning 4/7 and would have car repaired by mid day. When I called the next morning 4/7 around 1100 am the service rep said part was ordered from Charleston SC and would not be in and that the car would not be repaired until Mon 4/10. Your service department dropped the ball to call customer to explain the issue. If I had not followed up on my own recognaince I would have driven 50 minutes only to be pissed off with no service and not having any communications from the service department or dealership. Not to mention that your service prices are double and triple the cost at local certified mechanic shops. I'm not a happy customer and I expected better from your dealership. More

Went in for service and wound up leasing a new 2023 Grand Cherokee! Hilton was excellent. He's an asset to the company. He did a wonderful job helping me get into the new Jeep. I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY A LITTLE AFTER 3, I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BU I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BUT IT REQUIRED A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK, THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THAT WAS A 5 STAR EFFORT. ON MY APPOINT THAT I SCHEDULED ON LINE WITH TIM, I WAS IN AND OUT IN <20 MINUTES A NEW RECORD FOR ME I'VE OWN A MIN VAN AS ONE OF MY CARS SINCE 1984 A T&C AND STILL DO 2019 PACIFICA AN WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE AFTER I PAY THIS ONE OFF AT 0% INTEREST SWEET!!!!
