I had the wonderful experience of taking my car in today and was met by a wonderful service advisor---Erik Gonzales. He was so very helpful and patient and went through and answered all my questions. Service did an expected job with the recall. I would have gotten my headlights fixed but it was inconvenient to buy the lights first without knowing the parts needed. I was planning on taking a Uber from Highland Park back to my home in Mundelein.Luke offered me a ride back to my home in Mundelein due to the fact it was on his way home. Luke drove me back to my home in Mundelein. Your service department fixed the problem I was having with my car.
