This place has become the worse place to go to have your car serviced. I’ve given this place a chances because maybe the people are having an off day but it has become the norm in this location. These people are scammers! Called to confirm that the 19k Toyota was there and at the same price. they said yes and while we were negotiating the price. the price of the vehicl Called to confirm that the 19k Toyota was there and at the same price. they said yes and while we were negotiating the price. the price of the vehicle increased to 21k. Even though when we looked at the car and test drove it the sticker said it was 19k. Their excuse was that morning/night they finally fixed it to the right price it was supposed to be. The car was there for 15 days so that made no sense. When we asked about the 19k he said that the 19k was the cash price. so when I asked to see the paperwork on what it would be if we paid in cash instead of financing. He refused to show us and hounded us to finance. Also hounded us about how much we wanted to put down numerous times when we didn’t want to tell him. They also tried to pull our credit without our permission we didn’t even agree on a price yet. They had a stupid V.I.P thing going on which was a ploy to get people in I guess but there was no deals or anything special. Since they refused to let us buy it outright We walked away. We found a way better dealership 30 minutes later for the same car we were looking for and actually cheaper. They told us the price including the taxes and fees over the phone and honored it without any hassle or back and forth. I would definitely look away from this dealership they aren’t trustworthy. It's just funny how when you need something there is no one to help they don't take the calls and if they do you're placed on hold transfered and no one picks up besides the operator. Where to start with this place. They lost a wheel lug nut one time I had my tire rotation. On my last oil change they lost one of my front skid plate screw. On one of my last oil changes they tried selling an air filter, when I had just installed a new k&n performance air filter. I went to purchase coolant to do my own flush, since I don’t trust their mechanics losing another part, I ask the parts salesman how many bottles I need. He says two bottles so I make the purchase, only to use one. I go back to return the remaining bottle HE told me I needed, and he refuses to take the return because I don’t have the receipt. At this point I will no longer go to this dealership for anything, nor do I recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
