Don’t purchase a Hyundai from this dealership! I did and I regret it. They absolutely suck! My salesman was let go the day after I purchased my Santa Fe. After driving it for 2 months, it stopp I did and I regret it. They absolutely suck! My salesman was let go the day after I purchased my Santa Fe. After driving it for 2 months, it stopped on a highway going 60mph. Just stopped. 1800 miles on it. We could have been killed. After numerous calls to this dealership I tried to have it towed to the service department. Unfortunately the service dept. was closed due to it had too many cars to repair. It was finally towed to another dealer who had it for over 2 months and couldn’t repair it. I was also without a loaner vehicle for over a week so I called the sales manager at Millennium (Omar) to ask for his assistance in getting me a loaner and he never returned my call. Once they get your money and you drive that car out of their showroom, they could care less that they sold you a lemon. They are a bunch of snakes! No consideration at all! Eventually, we had to use the lemon law and after 8 weeks of pure stress and aggravation, we were able to get a full refund. This was my 4th Hyundai and I will never buy another Hyundai as long as I live. More

My car is in the service fir more than 2 months and nothing was done yet. Engine failure , second time. Full of excuses. As a former consumer of pick up trucks, I considered myself fortunate to find a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Palisade limited , the only one on the lot with a towing capacity of 5,500 lbs .I had a very person myself fortunate to find a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Palisade limited , the only one on the lot with a towing capacity of 5,500 lbs .I had a very personable salesman who negotiated the installation of the tow hitch and wire harness. I thought this would be an ideal replacement for a pick up truck. 11 months later, I still have no tow hitch or wire harness. Partly due to the incompetence of sales and service department and also to the manufacturer. My car has sat for a full day at Millenium Hyundai for an oil change at time of service only to find at time of pick up, my car was un touched. When they tried to accommodating me in a hurry, I got my car back with grease all over my mat. I know there are genuinely caring people who work there but they are few and far between. More
I went in to look at the Tucson and felt completely pressured to purchase. I was totally overwhelmed and finally said yes. Was happy with car, but it had an issue. Every so often the breaking system w pressured to purchase. I was totally overwhelmed and finally said yes. Was happy with car, but it had an issue. Every so often the breaking system would engage for no reason. Happened 3x on parkway when there was absolutely no need for it and pulling out of parking spots again for no reason. Service did not believe me. Had a rock hit my windshield and caused it to need replacement. Was not aware there was a camera in windshield and they have not been able to calibrate it since May. It has now been shop for 4 weeks, and all I hear is crickets. I call and they hang up or the phone just rings and no one answers. To say this is a disappointment is an understatement. As far as I am concerned they can take back the car and stick it!!! More

Michael Davis was terrific. I have a two week old Tuscon that suddenly had no audio of any kind. I called and Mike happened to pick up. He explained that he had seen several cas I have a two week old Tuscon that suddenly had no audio of any kind. I called and Mike happened to pick up. He explained that he had seen several cases like mine, that there was no current fix although he expects Hyundai to come pout with one in the near future. In the meantime, he asked me to drive in and he immediately disconnected one of the battery poles for a couple of minutes and then reattached it. Bingo - I'm back in business. Thank you Mike! More
