Luke Frost and the team at Mike Albert Sales are top notch, I travel for work and was looking for a new commuter car, but I was very specific in what I was looking for, I just happen to be passing thru notch, I travel for work and was looking for a new commuter car, but I was very specific in what I was looking for, I just happen to be passing thru Cincinnati and they had one I was interested in. I had previously spoken with Luke before ever arriving at the dealership, and he was fantastic to answer any questions I might have had. When I arrived it was a cold snowy day, and Luke had the car cleaned off and warmed up, I did a pretty through inspection of the engine bay fluids, and a walk around to find the car was in fantastic condition. We then went on a decent test drive, and I was sold on the vehicle. I had a pre approval for credit from Capital One, but they worked hard to get me a lower rate from. another lender. The finance office was quick, as the deal was thrown together, with a no haggle price, it was already below book, but the lifetime powertrain warranty made it an extreme value. I was a bit disappointed that the finance manager pushed a bumper to bumper warranty pretty hard when from the get go, I told him I wasnt interested, as he attempted to make me "feel bad" that I wasnt purchasing it. I didnt let this bother me, as ive been in car sales and know how they can make or break a deal. They got the car cleaned up, handed the keys off, and Luke even assisted me with holding the car for a few days while I got an auto transporter to pickup the car. I suggest anyone looking for a legitimate review of an honest, clean, car dealer to look no further than Mike Albert and Luke Frost. More

Very inviting and positive atmosphere, along with a surprisingly good playlist of music to listen to while inside. The staff seem to enjoy each others company and prided themselves on being different from a lot of other scummy dealerships. While waiting i was offered drinks and was made sure I was comfortable. Never felt rushed or pushed and everyone had a positive disposition. No BS, just nice people helping you find what your looking for. 10/10 would recommend. More
