This was an awful experience from beginning to end. The number given to buy the vehicle changes. It took over two hours to pick it up. I have called with questions with no return calls. Now the temp registration expires in two days and I have heard nothing. I called. I text. Finally after several calls someone said the plates are here, but you owe another $70. I guess I’m supposed to be a mind reader. I feel like I’m being blackmailed for more money. I will never buy a vehicle here again. My excitement for a new Mercedes has been destroyed. More

I don’t understand this business. You don’t want to treat minorities with respect , yet you want minorities to continue to purchase from your establishment. I have asked you to stop calling and sending me emails asking for my business again yet you still do. At this point you are harassing me. I would not nor would I recommend someone to your establishment after you tried to embarrass me then portray yourself as the good guys. I tried to keep this at the lowest level but of course the General Manager Cheryl Eichner couldn’t return phone calls to make things right. I am sorry to those who work with Mr. Keith DeYoung, and Mr.Bill Wall. But as a customer of Mercedes Benz USA I am asking this establishment to stop contacting me. Also to all future customers of this establishment I would go to Mercedes Benz of Morristown as they provide better customer service and respect to everyone and they know what they are doing. More

About 1-2 months ago I was looking for a used car for my son. Mercedes of Newton had few cars. They showed me two filty cars not even vacuumed and not washed. Everything inside was sticky. Of course their p son. Mercedes of Newton had few cars. They showed me two filty cars not even vacuumed and not washed. Everything inside was sticky. Of course their price was almost like this car was brand new. On top they had major problems mechanical and outside. Sales person said that if I like any of shown cars I should buy quickly and no discounts. Also I could paint car after buying. We left without buying anything. Now my Acura lease is about to end and Mercedes of Newton is sending me flayers about new leases. Why would I want to buy anything from worst dealer I’ve ever been? More

Just completed my second lease of a new Mercedes and second time that Kieth and Sandy handled the lease and both times they were wonderful in making it happen so easily. Problem, after taking possession second time that Kieth and Sandy handled the lease and both times they were wonderful in making it happen so easily. Problem, after taking possession I noticed the car car had 350 miles on the odometer and papers in the glove box showing the car had been used at a golf tournament. When I saw this car it was in the showroom and I expected that it was new and not a program car. I called the sales person to ask if they knew the car was used for a few hundred miles and why they did not advise me prior to taking possession, there was an admission that it had been used but offered nothing. Did not expect this from this dealer. More
