We came here to buy a new car and ended up with a horrible experience and a cheated interest rate that we had to live with and learned. We came and met up with Kenny Tang the Sale Manager. After we were approved for an 8.99%, we were able to negotiate down to 6.99%, agreed to a final price and signed all the paper works. After signed all the paperworks at 6.99% and put in down payment, we were told our car is not "Starting Up", due to issues with a bad module on a 2024 E350 Class. So, they said they will get another from another dealership for us. We r ok. 1 week later, Kenny called us to come in to pickup the new car and resign the Finance Papers, this is where we got robbed badly. Kenny and the Finance manager told us... Everything is the same exact, but the VIN #....just resign, pickup the car and no worries... NOPE... WRONG... Chris Swanson, the finance guy, who did the paperworks actually changed the interest rate without notifying us at all... And kept rushing us through to sign on the IPad without explaining anything, but kept saying... "EVERYTHING IS THE SAME AS PREVIOUS DEAL". My own mistake to trust them and not triple checking all the papers until later... So when we found out and came back, Kenny the sale Manager admitted that he gave us 6.99%, but the Finance guy said "I have no idea about 6.99%". I only took the papers from previous deal and applied the same thing to this new deal. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS of this dealership to treat customers like this and refused to correct their mistakes. Even with all the old papers and new papers to show them, Chris simply told me.. You guys already signed it and he cannot do anything foe us. Too Late..... Kenny Tang, the sale manager told us "Sorry, I only do Sale, not involving in Finance Dept"... There you go guys. Think really really hard before coming into this dealership. Not to say all here is bad, but pretty sure the higher up managers might not know of how these guys cheat the customers. CHRIS finance guy is also a crook as well. He manipulated the situation and cheated us into signing a HIGHER interest rates without even explaining anything to us, but kept saying all TERMS are the same. No worries, we're a Big Dealership. I have all the paper works to prove all of what I posted and will take it up to BBB as well. More
