This dealership is horrible I sent my vehicle to be serviced in June and it wasn't done till July 12th well the day after I picked it up the same tire that they were supposed to fix came flying off and serviced in June and it wasn't done till July 12th well the day after I picked it up the same tire that they were supposed to fix came flying off and hit another car thank God I wasn't driving and thank God the person that was wasn't hurt. I get my vehicle towed to them and they send it to some body shop where someone loses my keys. No one will fess up to who lost them so for about 2 weeks they were looking for the key and one of the service guys is telling me they can't find the key so they can't service my car like he was kind getting at that I need to get another key so they could service my car. They lost the key so they should purchase a new one right? And they did well I was told that the key was delivered and that was 2 weeks ago and I called today and the key is on back order. No one called to let me know this I'm sitting here thinking my car is getting fixed or whatever they are doing and nope it's still sitting there and not even a phone call they have had my car for 2 and a half months. This is ridiculous the service manager Nathan said he'd call me and that was 2 and a half hours ago. Very unprofessional I need my car I'm sure that he is sitting nice a cozy in his car everyday while I'm sitting here waiting for some kind of information about my car. I bet if I was a man and were white this wouldn't be happening to me. But I am a a Hispanic woman and am being treated like I don't matter. I have been getting the run around and there is no communication. I want my car and I'm not paying a penny for any repairs because if they would have fixed it right the first time I would have my vehicle and I wouldn't be writing this review. This is the worst service I have ever had. I can't believe a place that sells such beautiful cars allows their employees to treat people like this. I might not be a rich white lady but I am still a customer that paid for my vehicle to be fixed correctly. And should be treated with the same respect as every other customer that goes into this dealership. I am very disappointed in this place. I'm shocked that Mercedes Benz does business this way! More

Michael Ruch AND his service dept gave us an estimate of $300 to change a fuse. That alone is insane PRICE GOUGING and a complete disrespect to a mercedes benz owner. After having the car for 2 days they called to say the car was ...fine/fixed...and the srvc dept just needed to monitor it for 24 hrs before release...2 days later these THIEVES found a ...relay... without a cap. The relay cap is no longer available as a single part..so they replaced the entire relay. The estimate went from $300 to $600+. This is blatant dealership THIEVERY. They took advantage of us to FIILL THEIR POCKETS with no regard to the NON MECHANICAL service they had performed. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and someone should be PERSECUTED under the law. Michael Ruch should be ASHAMED AND mercedes benz should be EMBARRASSED. This dealership should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. These are THIEVES and CON MEN masquerading as mechanics and service personnel. I bought the GLE 350 2021, since the first week on 02/26/21 my car presented this fluid on the front breaks I told for service and sales people. They were rude with us. Asked with one should I pay as all were confusing and provided no detail. It also took 3 days to get to my car even after having booked an appointment the week prior. Tried to get clarity and asked for detail. All I got is labor is high - yet it actually only took 30 minutes in labor to charge the A/C system. Not trustworthy or believable. $440 in labor for 30 min? Their shop rate is higher than a Ferrari. Go figure. I do not recommend. You won't get a straight answer or detailed invoice that explains everything. More

I brought my car in for a pre purchase inspection and they told me a few things were wrong with the car but nothing major so I bought the vehicle. A week later my car started acting up and I took it back to them and they told me that all these other issues popped up and that it would cost 7k to fix. Service advisor I had was Josh.”, he told me that “we can’t see into the future if anything is gonna go wrong with the car”. that’s exactly why the inspection is there and not to mention I brought the car back in that same week of the inspection!!! Anyways, got the list of things that was wrong and I told them to fix everything. They had my car for 4 weeks just to tell me AFTER I pick it up and drive off that they didn’t top off the oil because I asked for a oil change with the rest of the lists of issues. Not to mention that when I picked up the car the battery was acting up. I never had a issue with the battery, but now he tells me to drive the car around for a hour so it can charge the battery. This is not my fault!! The he tells me that I’m going to need a new battery actually now. Smh! Not to also mentions when I picked up the car all of the lights that needed servicing was still on! My car drove worse then when I brought it in. Then he tells me dont go to the service manager I’ll give you some money off just don’t tell them so I don’t get in trouble. Smh! I don’t care about 200$ After paying 7k I don’t expect to do anything but drive my car home. Then the service manager came by and accused me of smoking in the loaner I got. I literally drove the car home which is 2 miles away and went out of state. Came back and returned the car so there was literally 3-4 miles on the dash. But he’s gonna accuse me of smoking in the car and got real mad and started insulting me and kept accusing me of smoking when I clearly DID NOT! Overall horrible experience actually the WORST I ever received with any mechanic. My backyard mechanic would’ve atleast changed the oil correctly. Now my car had damages and won’t even start. My lawyer will definitely be reaching out. See you losers in court More
