When it comes to their service department, get prices in writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special writing first before confirming your appointment. I just drove up for my 11:30 appointment today only to find out that the $54.99 oil change special (tire rotation extra $15.00) is now $155.00 and the differential service is now $250.00 (plus or minus a few dollars because my blood was starting to boil). Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and drove off. I think they must have a target of finding a minimum of $500.00+ worth of stuff wrong with your vehicle to make quota. The bottom line is there needs to be truth in advertising in Arkansas when it comes to vehicle maintenance. As for this rating service, the dealership responds under your review that they are going to make contact but they never do. Saying you will make contact and doing it is two different things. At least they did not get a chance to tamper with my controls again. Well, it’s off to the other rating sites. More

Called about getting a Honda CR-V black with black interior. Was told only what I wanted to hear to get my deposit on a car. 2 mins after the call, Kevin Barry sends me a large text where he says its interior. After months of waiting we drive an hour to the dealership to find its a grey interior car. At that time he said he thought it was going to be black interior as well but used the previous text to his defense. They have a sheet that shows ETAs of vehicles with colors, make and model. He said he checks the sheet very often so he either didn’t pay attention to color or straight up lied. He didn't keep his word on pricing when we arrived to the dealership as well. More
