Charged me $77 to inform me they couldn't do an alignment because of a stuck tie rod adjuster. Quoted me $1650 for a new tie rod assembly. I priced a complete assembly with a lifetime warranty $150. On July 7, 2023, I stopped by McGee CDJR of Springfield to "check out" their selection of used Ram trucks. I was not anticipating driving away in one of them a couple of hours later. They have plenty of sales staff, which is fine, my problem lies within service. Just like pulling teeth to try and get an honest answer from them and for them to actually order a warrantied part and h problem lies within service. Only used these guys because there 6 miles away but I’ll drive the half hr 40 min to go elsewhere More
