This is Alexis at Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Mazda CX-30. She sent the link to the credit application: I applied immediately, Then I got a "lease Quote" (take note of the VIN #)
I also received other quotes just from going onto their websiteS

I received several emails about the VIN above but I was not shown that, of course it was sold. So they changed me to the next level up which I couldn't afford, but SALES wants to make their commission so I was sort of convinced to up the CX30 model. After discussing and uncomfortable with my choices, his convincing worked. Now I'm in a lease I can't afford,

Here is the original email to Alexis
1. Although I wanted Blue I hate the color it's so dark seems black
2. The VIN # on the attached copy and the USB I was given are both different from what's on the car.
3. When I was told a particular CX30 auto was available I got in my car & BAM I was there... but the car wasn't
4. I was told that particular CX-30 just got sold just before I got there (how convenient)
5. Therefore I was convinced that the upgraded version is better for just a little more $$ --- yada, yada, yada
6. I complained that I couldn't go higher in price and couldn't put more money down. I put $1000
7. The copy attached shows what prices and down payments. My payment is far above that
8. It says no cash down, I'm paying $380 - I put down $1,000 . I don't see that.
I'm extraordinarily upset about how this agreement was put together. I can't pay $380 a month
My Husband just passed away in February and he did these things.

Terri, your email to me attached said that you would look into the issues. I haven't heard anything, So I went to the Dealership in Wesley Chapel this morning. This was a joke. I expected to be taken care of as you say in your email. It was well known I was all about price. So now they tell me I have to trade in the Newly Purchased Mazda & take a loss then lease the new one. My mind EXPLODED. You didn't seem to be of any help ---

Now there's a new game in town. Seems like I have to sell you back my month old Mazda CX30 before I can move forward with another lease, I think this is ridiculous. This is not what I asked for. I asked for my problem to be solved. Not for my problem to be more by having to sell my car to you. This is ridiculous. There are ways that this can be worked out. I was talked into a car that I didn't want. I don't want to go through the whole thing again but if you need me to send you that email I will but I need to have a car and I need to know that I'm not going to be paying $380 for it. So don't tell me that you're going to fix it and take care of it for me. Take care of everything for me but in the meantime you haven't done a thing.
All I wanted to do is have my payments under $350 and I've been to enough Dealerships to know that's hard to do, B U T NO RESPONSE
I;ve leased cars for 20 years. Toyota, Volks Honda, Nissan and never experienced such disorganization.
