I reached out about 8 months ago. 2 weeks later I told them I wasn’t interested in their vehicle. They responded by selling my data to a 3rd party who harassed me about the vehicle I 2 weeks later I told them I wasn’t interested in their vehicle. They responded by selling my data to a 3rd party who harassed me about the vehicle I inquired them about for 6 months. During this time I get emails from the dealership asking how they can help. I REPEATEDLY tell them I don’t want a vehicle. I’ve already bought a vehicle. Leave me alone. Nothing works. For MONTHS I have been getting harassed by this dealership. Just today I’ve had 7 emails back and forth with them asking to stop reaching out (they use multiple people and emails so I can’t block them). I said they were serially harassing me and no I just received 3 emails about a new car I apparently inquired about today and they are now back on the harassment train with 0 regard. Juan Martinez, Sebastian Rodriguez, and Mike Bachoon are terrible humans that love to harass people. If you have the displeasure of meeting any of these men at Mazda, find the nearest Bear to help you because these humans are terrible serial harassers More
