I'm sorry you feel this way. I know we responded to the similar review you left on Google as well, but I wanted to respond here as well. Bruce, the multipoint inspection is performed completely free of charge as a service to our customers. It's designed to make you aware of any issues that might be developing with your vehicle, as well as provide photographs to document the recommendations our advisors provide. We've invested in improvements to the service area, with necessary updates to the facility and technology - including new lifts. That has definitely caused longer than normal wait times, which we are sorry about. Now that the garage is up and running, we expect to get shorter wait times for all our customers. We hope to see you again, but if not, we wish you the very best in the future.

At best I was treated very poorly and a 2 and a half wait time for an inspection and oil change is unacceptable. My family and I have purchased over 20 vehicles from the dealership and solely serviced our vehicles at this dealership in the past 33 years. Never has it taken this amount of time for service. You should ask if your customer has time for this multipoint inspection. And don't try to xx me with things I don't need. Like I said before you lost a very good customer. Good luck with this kind of mentality in a small town setting such as the Boonville area. I believe you won't be in business long. PS just bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra from Leadcar... You loose!!!!
