We miss Ralph but we do like the serivce area. It is second to none. Glad they elevated Mike Fields into service manager when they did. Malfunction light on New Armada I bought a new Armada approx 1.5 weeks ago and on Friday night a engine light lit up on the dash, took my Armada in on Saturday morning. Seneca norma I bought a new Armada approx 1.5 weeks ago and on Friday night a engine light lit up on the dash, took my Armada in on Saturday morning. Seneca normally handles my vehicles but he was not in that day so I spoke to Rodney who took very good care of me. I have always had excellent service here and the guys do a great job. More

In and Out pretty quick!! I went in with about 4 cars in front of me. I was having my oil change and cabin filter replaced. I figured I would be there at least 1 1/2 hrs. Th I went in with about 4 cars in front of me. I was having my oil change and cabin filter replaced. I figured I would be there at least 1 1/2 hrs. They had me out in about 45 minutes and this was around lunch time. The Service Rep. was Rodney Cottrell (?). What a super guy. I wished other places that I went to were as friendly as Rodney. Greeted me with a big smile and handshake. More
