Lindsey, I spoke to the service manager about this and you were offered multiple options for compensation. Martin Honda took full responsibility for the unfortunate accident and offered above normal compensation to you. You received a service loaner during the time that your vehicle was being repaired ( yes it did take longer than we thought since we had to wait for parts) but you were kept informed of the progress. Again we apologize for the accident. Thank you.
