I brought my 2019 dodge caravan in for service, very nice staff greeting at the front desk and spoke to Fred the service advisor with my concerns, he was very easy to talk to and it seemed like he really was staff greeting at the front desk and spoke to Fred the service advisor with my concerns, he was very easy to talk to and it seemed like he really was listening to our car needs for service. I also received a call from the service tech directly during the service and he gave me updates and suggestions as to what we exactly needed to keep our vehicle ready for the upcoming driving season. After the third attempt by Manahawkin Jeep to fix my vehicle, and 6+ weeks in the shop, still unrepaired. In fairness, the dealer claims that Jeep told them I have to just keep putting miles on my 4xe, vehicle, and 6+ weeks in the shop, still unrepaired. In fairness, the dealer claims that Jeep told them I have to just keep putting miles on my 4xe, but after 960 miles I'd expect that electric drive is not functioning properly. The owner's manual estimates that the FORM function will return after about 20 minutes, not happening! More
