I am only giving 4 stars because we waited over an hour to be checked in for our routine maintenance appointment. We were 20 minutes early, and then the wait for our vehicle was 1.5 hours. It seems that too many appointments were scheduled for that day, however the staff we were served by were professional, and courteous. We will always take our Toyotas to Maita. More

Arrived early and checked in for my 9 a. m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. He asked if I needed a ri m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. He asked if I needed a ride home because my wait time may be around 6 hours. I declined because I was prepared for the wait. The waiting area was not crowded and I took advantage of the complimentary coffee. The cafe was a wonderful change. My car was ready early and no additional problems was found. I enjoyed the online video of the service inspection. Thank you for a positive environment and experience. More
