He was kind enough to let me know that my car had a few software updates that they could perform at the same time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted nicely by multiple people. I asked for Russell and he said, Good morning, Charlie. I found that very impressive as we had not met before. I arrived early and Russell did a complete walk around of the vehicle and took photos. He plugged into the car and went over the printout with me prior to being shown the very nice customer lounge. I walked around the dealership for about an hour and was told good morning from every employee I encountered. I stopped back to talk with Russell and the other advisors and they asked if I had tried the cafeteria. I said no, but ended up grabbing breakfast. I am glad I did as the food was top notch. Russell notified me when the car was ready and pulled the car up for me. I can honestly say that I will absolutely, without a doubt be going to MacMulkin for any service that needs performed on my Corvette. Top notch company with great employees. More
Horrible service department! !!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would !!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would cost and when I picked it up it was $200 more for two of the items). Then he doesn’t even answer the questions I ask or do anything to fix it! Absolutely horrible experience. And don’t bother booking an appointment online or text them… they joke about how they purposely don’t answer it. More

My 4-year-old Chevy Equinox shut itself down the other day due to the PCV failing causing the rear main valve to fail. GM was sued over this problem which they then had to do a recall but didn't included my vehicle. Instead of fixing the problem they still sold these vehicles with the problem. I bought the extended warranty on the advice of the sales rep. That should have been a red flag but without knowing that they were still having issues, I never questioned it! However, I should have been covered thru the extended warranty. But Macmulkin Chevrolet’s incompetent Repair center didn’t even put the claim in correctly. They have given 3 different stories to the warranty company. They even told the Warranty Company that the PCV malfunctioned due to lack of service which is totally untrue! You wouldn't take apart the engine to check an internal component during an oil change or tune up. This caused the Warranty company not to cover the PCV. They are only covering the rear main valve parts because that is the last submission to them from Macmulkin's repair department. I know this because I called the warranty company myself. At this point, GM or Macmulkin should be covering the repair totally for this issue. They knew the issue didn't fix it and sold cars suggesting you get the extended warranty to cover themselves. That didn't work for me. This dealership is the worst, and they need to pay for it since they didn't submit the claim properly. I did my research and knew what this issue was before I sent it to be repaired! Also, I couldn't bring it to another dealer to be fixed since it had to go back to the dealer that I bought it from due to a stipulation in the Warranty. If had my choice, it wouldn't have gone to them. They have the worst rated repair center on the area. More
DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR REPAIRS!! Customer service is terrible here!!! They seemed overwhelmed with vehicles. They NEVER call to update you on the status of your car. I had to call the Customer service is terrible here!!! They seemed overwhelmed with vehicles. They NEVER call to update you on the status of your car. I had to call them and then when you call them they tell you they'll have someone call back with the details of the work needed. No one ever does. Finally, when I did speak to someone after calling of course, they tell me what parts would be replaced and the cost, only to find something different on the bill when I picked up my car. They will up charge for services that weren't discussed. If there is an error in charges on your receipt, that you bring to their attention, they will only give you a credit towards future repairs. Not a refund. Customers satifaction does not come first here, which is unfortunate. For this reason I will no longer be giving them my business. This dealership use to have such great customer service but it has gone down hill in this area since they've grown. Communication and great customer service is key to a successful business and they no longer have that at MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua Nh. More

The July TSB was verified when I made my apt. I went in on 9/17 for my 7:30am apt. After waiting one and 1/2 hours, I was told that the fluid was not available and they didn't know when it would be. A total waste of my time. I do believe that the apt. should not have been scheduled when the fluid was not in inventory. Additionally, I should not had to wait 1 ½ hours to be told that my service could not be performed on that day. Now where are we? More

One of issues was a check engine light that keeps cycling on and off with lean codes. I explained I had taken it to my local mechanic five times and it is always a lean code even though he can find no issue. So they charged me $118 to plug it into the computer, confirm it was a lean code and tell me they can't find anything wrong. So I ask what am I supposed to do if it goes off again. The service manager told me to rush it right back and they will charge me another $118 to look at it again. Seriously??? I would never go there again. The other check was for a non functioning heated seat. They wanted $900 to repair it. I passed. More

Ever since i bought my truck (which i did somewhere else because the arrogant salesperson just kept telling me how many trucks he sells instead of helping me) and I even had the slightest issue, i always had to go elsewhere for help. Today, I scheduled to have the three recalls for my truck done today and well that didnt go so well. First off after about 4 hours, only one recall actually got done, they didnt even have a part to do a the other recall even though it was scheduled, the other they wanted to charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee to do their recall! Now im looking at a dodge. More
Service Dept are liars and crooks Purchased a 2007 Suburban from McMulkin with the extended warranty (as it was pushing 85K miles). I was ok with that. but from day one, I had issues Purchased a 2007 Suburban from McMulkin with the extended warranty (as it was pushing 85K miles). I was ok with that. but from day one, I had issues with the vehicle. It went in to their service department 5 times for the same issue (Stabilitrack). Finally they suggested I pay over $2000 and the problem would be fixed (since the warranty only covered one lifter being serviced, they recommended I do the others since the engine will be open). I am a fan of preventative maintenance and needed this car to be running well. So I paid for the additional service. Within 30 miles of the getting the truck back, the light was back on! What exactly did I spend $2000 on?!?! Also then learned the EXACT same job had been done on the same truck by the same dealership less than 14 months prior. I took it back AGAIN. They told me they test drove it over 250 miles without any issue. When I got the truck back, the odometer indicated it had been driven less than 50. You can buy a car there (Salespeople will tell you whatever you want to hear). But I would NEVER take a vehicle there to be serviced. They are liars and crooks. More
