Several months ago I placed a $4,000 deposit on an ERay. Per their terms a customer may get a full refund if the order is cancelled before the build starts. I was number 810 on the list so delivery was at l Per their terms a customer may get a full refund if the order is cancelled before the build starts. I was number 810 on the list so delivery was at least a year off. I cancelled my buy on March 5 and asked for my refund. Since then I continue to get e mails that the check is “in the mail” . As of today April 6, no check. When I call them, I get “it’s been sent, let me know if you don’t receive it by next week”. I no longer trust MacMulkin Chevrolet. Regrettably my claim will end with the New Hampshire office of consumer affairs and another sad experience with a chevy dealership. Great cars, the dealerships not so much… More
