I found the Jeep of my dreams 2 hours away from home after looking for years and Trent went above and beyond to make it a reality! When they say no pressure they really mean it. Not only was Trent professional and experienced, he was fun and easy to talk to. He also volunteered to deliver right to my door which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! He then checked in later on to ensure I was still happy. Spoiler alert: I love my Jeep! I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend Trent and this dealership for your next purchase! More

Visited the dealership Saturday afternoon and told the person in the office that I would like to take a vehicle for a test drive. He got the key and my daughter and I took it for a drive but decided it wa person in the office that I would like to take a vehicle for a test drive. He got the key and my daughter and I took it for a drive but decided it wasn't the right vehicle for her. Told the guy that we were going to pass on the vehicle. While I appreciate there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, I found it very unusual that the salesman/manager (not sure which) never introduced himself or bothered to ask what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. I am in the market to purchase a vehicle and even an introduction or a little bit of conversation may have at least convinced me to follow up with the dealership in the future. My limited encounter with this dealership wasn't poor but was below average which is why I gave them two stars. More

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I contacted them about a vehicle and their Assistant Sales Manager Keith Hert was extremely rude. I asked him if he could take $600 off his price. He said he couldn’t about a vehicle and their Assistant Sales Manager Keith Hert was extremely rude. I asked him if he could take $600 off his price. He said he couldn’t. I asked if they would still make profit on the vehicle if he took $600 off and He flat out lied to me and said they wouldn’t make any profit. I said you don’t have have to lie to me like that. There’s no way a dealership is going to sell a 26,000 vehicle and only make $600. I asked him if I could speak to the sales manager or owner. He ignored me. I then asked if I could have the name of the owner so I could cal and speak with him. Again he ignored my request. I own my own business and if I had a customer ask to speak with the sales manager and he ignored their request, then the customer asks for the name of the owner so they could call and talk with them and they refused to do this I would most definitely fire that employee. This was very unprofessional and they lost my business. More

3 weeks ago, today I purchased a new-to-me car and haven’t looked back since! Keith was so easy to work with! I test drove the car on a Thursday night and signed the papers on Friday morning!
