Service department is a nightmare. Took my 2020 Corolla in May, 2022. I was told my vehicle was having a problem that numerous other vehicles were having. I was told it would take a Took my 2020 Corolla in May, 2022. I was told my vehicle was having a problem that numerous other vehicles were having. I was told it would take a long time to get part because demand was so high. When I called to check, no answer. Left several messages. Eventually went out to dealership 16 months later. Told that if it was same issue then it would be covered under warranty that had since expired. Called and told car was ready. Then given nearly $1,000 bill to pay. Told my warranty expired. Yes, yes, it has now 16 months later since part was never ordered. What a joke. More

Negligent, abusive, rude Came to pick up my Toyota after completion of repairs. Despite informing the service adviser that I would be there that day, my paperwork was lost. The service advisers neglected me while they serviced other customers. I was left to cool my heels. After about 1.5 hours, they got rude and unprofessional. A transaction that should have taken 10 minutes, tops, took 1.5 hours. More

Recall, 15,000Mile Service My 2016 Prius had a recall. I entered my service request online and received a confirmation email from Isaac. We discussed what I needed done besides My 2016 Prius had a recall. I entered my service request online and received a confirmation email from Isaac. We discussed what I needed done besides the recall and Isaac scheduled everything for me. I dropped my car off and he called me when it was done. I picked my car up and Isaac explained all the work they completed. Very happy with the service both I and my Prius received. More
