Buyer be ware ! Worst experience ever ! ASKED ANY ISSUES? ???? Their service department cleared 6 major issues on my 2018 Raptor! Went back next day questioned why Worst experience ever ! ASKED ANY ISSUES? ???? Their service department cleared 6 major issues on my 2018 Raptor! Went back next day questioned why would you sell a vehicle with these issues ? You bought it as is ! You lied to me ! Finance Guy Josh Nesdahl makes a copy of my debit card said company policy. I drive back to AZ i have $259.00 of McDonalds Dominos and Deekes Pizza! He tried sneaking a WARRANTY Contract in on me. I said no we never discussed one and I am not buying one. The GM is never available the service people know that management doesn't care about their customers. I am in the business. I traveled all the way up to ND and my friend had a Job at Ryan Chevy made me a quote that was 2.5 weeks old . Used that as my leverage . Any good car guy would have caught it and said the market has changed but these guys are so desperate for sales they took it. Ha Ha the laugh is on you! More

DONT BUY FROM LITHIA! !!! I would of put ZERO stars but they make you put one They are scammmers! I will not buy from them again. This would of been our 3rd car thru t !!! They knew we were looking for a certain car they called us when they got one in. We told them it had high miles and bumper damage for the price they want. A month later after it’s fixed they call us to come look at it. We told them we were actually going to go somewhere else and look Bc they had the same priced cars that we wanted but with a lot less miles and the black rims I wanted. They told us if we wanted it they would go down a bit and throw in the rims I wanted for free. So we decided to do it but when we get there they said we now had to pick either free rims or the cheaper price they weren’t going to give us both like they promised. Then when they pulled out the numbers they brought a payment plan that was $300 over the amount we should be paying. They kept saying it’s luxury and I need to pay that. And it’s one of a kind of Kia so we needs to pay more for that. And there’s no way the bank will let us take the car for less than 888 a month. We told them xxxxing nuts!! And that’s a lie! We told we can order a Kia brand new for cheaper than this and that the model we were buying from them wasn’t even fully loaded or nothing! We told them we’re done doing business and when we were leaving they tried dropping the numbers to 750 ugh! I hope people are looking over there sheets they give them and are not being ripped off!! We will not be doing business with them again!! More

Do not buy from Lithia Dodge of Grand Forks!! I bought a 2016 jeep three months ago. My battery went out the next day after buying it. The headlights were burnt out two days later. The window motor went out two weeks after i bought it. Not only this but now my engine is misfiring. The salesman who sold me this car was bragging to a girl little did he know she was my friend saying "this girl wont leave me alone about this xxxxty car I sold her" and SHE KNEW EVERYTHING that was wrong with it so I KNOW HE TOLD HER!!!!! I Called to speak with his manager and he said he would call me back and get to the bottom of it and nope, no call back!!!! I AM DISCUSTED. More

Would not recommend purchasing from this Company. I had purchased my vehicle not even a year ago with the understanding that the previous owner had an accident and the vehicle had been repaired in its enti purchased my vehicle not even a year ago with the understanding that the previous owner had an accident and the vehicle had been repaired in its entirety. I recently brought my vehicle in for some paint touch up and found a different story all together. The "repair" literally had things zip tied into place. This company has refused to compensate me for the cost of the parts needed and the labor to go with it. As a result, I will not be a returning customer nor would I recommend this company to anyone. They have not been helpful and will do any underhanded tactic they can get away with it. More

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought my new Jeep in December, and Ben from sales was great, but that’s where anything good stopped. My car broke down 2 days after I bought it and no one from service wo December, and Ben from sales was great, but that’s where anything good stopped. My car broke down 2 days after I bought it and no one from service would even return my calls. I had it serviced by Corwin in Fargo; it needed the entire fuse panel and electrical system replaced. Not even 2 weeks later it was towed in again for warranty work on the exhaust. I traded my old vehicle in and, at that time, they claimed they didn’t have the tools to remove my license plates; they promised they would get them off and have them mailed to me right away; still haven’t received them 2 months later. 10+ calls and messages later, they still haven’t returned a single call so I have to take time off of work to go wait at the DMV to order and pay for new plates. Definitely would not recommend using this dealership! More
