Absolutely awesome as I was 2 hours into a 2-day drive home to Las Vegas, NV from Oklahoma City. We found & called the dealership on the road just outside Elk City. They agreed to squeeze me in for repair home to Las Vegas, NV from Oklahoma City. We found & called the dealership on the road just outside Elk City. They agreed to squeeze me in for repair so long as they had the part. We arrived, got diagnosed within 20 minutes, they had the required part and repair was warranty-covered. We were told it would take up to 6 hours with a possible layover until Monday....and this was a Friday! We didn't want to risk further issues, approved the repair & agreed to wait. An Elk City cousin picked us up to relax at her home. Dealership called barely 3 hours later, said it was done as Jason 'had busted his hump' to get it down as quickly as possible to get us back on the road. Our cousin dropped us off, we picked up the vehicle, I thanked the guys profusely, shook Jason's hand & we hit the road. We stayed overnight in Amarillo, TX & drove 12 hours home to Las Vegas the next day with no problems whatsoever. I will always be forever grateful to Jason at Doug Gray Chevrolet for saving my sanity! More
