Don’t be fooled by the hype. Crossroads pulled a bait and switch when I purchased my f150 from them. When specifically asked, salesman David Jenkins told me the truck had two keys then waited until a and switch when I purchased my f150 from them. When specifically asked, salesman David Jenkins told me the truck had two keys then waited until all paper work was done to let me know he’d have to get the second key from the previous owner. When contacted a week later, he said there was no second key and denied telling me that there was a second key during the sales process. I even went to the sales manager Jarvis Clark before leaving with the newly purchased f150 and let him know they still owed me a second key. He has not returned my attempts to contact him for resolution. The f150 I purchased from Crossroads (which had new carpet installed) also came with a massive water leak onto the passenger floorboard which has left the carpet and padding soaked and water standing on the floor under then carpet. So, it appears Crossroads is just another used car dealership concerned only with completing the sale with no regard for your satisfaction or return business. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
