If Corey Brennan wasn't such a nice guy I may have given up on buying my Altima. The car was advertised as on lot,it wasn't. I was told it was in the garage as they had to go through it then it wasn't avail up on buying my Altima. The car was advertised as on lot,it wasn't. I was told it was in the garage as they had to go through it then it wasn't available to see even the next day, then it would be there to check back so I asked who's going to do the 182 point certified inspection oh our master mechanic he has 30 years experience okay. Well it didn't feel right I told them not to sell it on me before the next day even offered a deposit They said no you haven't even seen it. The insurance agent called questioned the situation and found out the car had bee loaned out for the weekend but they would call it back that night. Tuesday morning I went down drove the car that now had almost 300 more miles on it I offered to buy it I had the Lia Nissan ad which said Hot Deal certified pre-owned barely 23000 miles 2021 Altima SV $19999. Well we never listed it at that price !Lia said their facebook page is run by a company in NewYork someone made a mistake and they can't be held liable. This post was there for them to see but they got loud when I told them I didn't have to buy a car saying we don't care someone else will.They aren't going take a loss. I came up to the Web site price which laughably was on the same Facebook page and they gave me the$500 off any car offer.so now I sign the purchase offer etc. financing no problem .They went and put gas in gee do you think they filled it? Heck no! I was told they're going to clean it and make it shine. No they didn't Some shine spray was applied to tires and dash The end I opened the back door put my purse in and saw something laying along the seat track I'm all set if I want to floss a nasty tooth flosser was laying there I also pulled out a pen with a wad of gum stuck to it and a bottle cap I was too tired to check under the other seat but I will today. I was an easy customer but they acted like jerks. Service Dept. you are lazy ans my white car looks like you used a dirty rag and could'nt be bothered to rinse it. So who did the inspection? and when. I sat there for four hours paperwork took twenty minutes. Don't Lie and don't jerk people around. More
